Cancellation Policy
I understand things come up but I ask for at least 24hrs notice for cancelations. I charge a 50% fee for any cancelations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment and 100% for any no-shows. I know emergencies happen though so please just reach out and let me know. Any person who is 15 or more minutes late may be considered a no-show at my disgression. Any no-shows will require a deposit to book a future appointment and are subject to denial of future appointment. If you have questions or concerns regarding the cancelation policy please contact me.
My goal is always to ensure you are fully satisfied with your service. If for any reason you are not, I am happy to offer one complimentary redo service. To qualify, you must contact me within one week of your original appointment.
Please note:
If you do not reach out within that one-week timeframe, a redo service will not be available.
If you no-show your scheduled redo appointment, no additional redo services will be offered.
